“Two Black Cats” is the business name that I fell in love with instantly, I had been debating what name to use for weeks, nothing really stuck, some good ideas were thought of but none that had made me think “that is it!” until my partner walked in and said “I’ve got it…Two Black Cats” which I loved instantly. The name I wanted was one that meant something to me, and one I could also keep using as I grew my business. I own two black cats named Molly and Bell; they are five years old and constant companions in my studio, which is sometimes good and sometimes… not so good! You can guarantee they want attention when I am busy, or are sitting on what I need and get quite put out when I move them. It’s quite a funny story how my partner got me the kittens. He went out one night and came home a lot later than he said he would, knowing he was going to be in the dog box (major trouble), because we had plans. He had heard that some kittens needed a good home.
